END1IN4 was created by Kathy Andersen, who experienced sexual abuse by her adoptive father throughout her childhood. For over 20 years, Kathy has led organizations and initiatives to create positive change, and launched the END1IN4 campaigns in 2022 to help end the impact and magnitude of child sexual abuse—for victims and adult survivors.

Kathy is an award-winning author and host of the podcast Overcoming Child Sexual Abuse. Kathy holds a masters degree from Harvard University, is undertaking her PhD in Transpersonal Psychology, and is recognized internationally for her leadership in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
